Is my order confirmed?
All prepaid orders are confirmed by default. You will receive a mail with your order details on your registered email. In case you still have doubts, please feel free to reach us on +91 8810533430
What is the estimated date of delivery?
We work with leading logistics partners in India to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Once your order is confirmed, it takes us 1-7 working days to dispatch. The product is delivered within 2-10 working days post dispatch.
We will also send you the tracking details of your order on your registered mobile number.
My product is not delivered yet
We sincerely apologize in case your order is delayed; please reach out to us through Whatsapp on +91 8810533430 with your registered phone/email. Send us your order number and we will escalate the issue with our delivery partner.
How can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched; we would be able to change your delivery address. Just reach out to us on whatsapp or through mail and we will make the necessary changes. However if the order has already been dispatched it would not be possible for us to change the address.
